Just stuck on thinking even after an hour. Tried again later with simpler instruction, same thing but no longer says installing at bottom left, just ready

Hi Jared, after first installation it need some time to setup all the module, can you close the main and companion app after maybe 30 min and try to run it again? And if it still stuck, please provide us with both main and companion app screenshot, thank you
